An ambitious growing company but...

Pros

Good industry (webmarketing), good prospects (E-commerce), good product !

Cons

Poor (sales) team leadership that bring no value to the table to help the team go beyond their initial skills. Lack of technical knowledge from part of the management, which cause confusion and inadequate decisions.

We’re happy to hear that you like our product and the industry. :) In the past 6 months we have experienced an accelerated evolution of our product and we are still in the process of onboarding everyone with the new technical features. We have also started growing our team and finding people who fit our company dynamic, so it’s still a work in progress. But also the exciting part of working at a startup. We acknowledge your feedback. Our first step is to provide more trainings, including to the managers. As we are growing super fast, we are also making plans to invest more in Human Resources.

Pros

From the beginning of the process, the HR team was handling the full cycle very well. Also, they were very professional, giving feedback all the time and letting me know about how to proceed to the next phase. I've never felt so welcomed into a company before. The company is super open minded and giving the power to innovate in every way.

Cons

There are none in Carts Guru. Probably they should offer ticket restaurant.

Pros

- great team members and employees, everyone is smart, proactive and willing to help everyone. - family style company in which you dont have the impression to be in competition with the others. - great knowledge sharing between teams . - great technology if you like marketing and business strategy. - good balance with your personal life : contrary to all my friends working in other startups in Barcelone, you dont have to stay late to show you are an incredible worker and you dont have to handle 3 jobs at the same time. - good relationships with clients : I really have the impression to help the client and add value to their products and strategy.

Cons

- competitors are very strong which means you really have to keep focus on your clients all the time to make sure they wont leave for another tool.
