The leadership team on my shift could use some help. It's almost like a dictatorship, when something doesn't look right, boy we'd be hearing it from the barge all the way to our line across the plant. A very loud high pitch voice calling you out on a simple mistake in front of everyone. The first time I got yelled at I thought I did something really bad or harmful to a coworker but it was just a missed label on a box. they also have their favorites, I have asked many times for opportunities to learn other things but because I don't go and shoot the crap and laugh with them on the barge I won't ever get the chance to, and also maybe because I am pretty high up there in age, but I am okay with that. I don't need to be or want to be buddy buddy with my boss for a promotion, and I am fine with what I do. We had a kid run the shift once and I thought he was the calmest most fair supervisor during his time here.
