Pros

I believe in their vision, and really believe they want to do the right thing. Owners are nice enough people.

Cons

They have no money. Every month we were required to create a list of bills that they didn't have to pay immediately or they would make the list for us. I can't tell you how many times this resulted in shut off notices, our trash not being picked up, or important deliveries (hello, toilet paper!) not being delivered. Owners are a little big for their britches. They spend so much time and money to act like big shots, that they don't actually invest that money into the buildings or employees. They are so focused on GROW, GROW, GROW that they don't take the time or resources and put them into their current buildings. Managers are bizarrely nepotistic. How many of their home office (don't you DARE say corporate!) employees are family members or members of their country club? Oh yes, country club (see point 2). They refuse to fire people. Regardless of how an employee acts, you've essentially guaranteed yourself a job here as long as you are at the home office or chummy with someone there. There is an older accounting woman who is one of the rudest people I've ever met, and yet she stays because she's drinking buddies with one of the owners.
