      Pros

      The people. Everyone I work with is enjoyable to be around. The company is willing to invest in the mills as far as equipment (although everything is bought used and breaks down frequently).

      Cons

      There is lack of direction in a lot of areas. There is always a new focus, without finishing/solving the previous focuses. Not in all positions, but in most the employees are given too much work for the time allotted. Many people work 2 positions rolled into 1. Underpaid for my specific position.

      Pros

      As pro's go. there never seems to be a shortage of overtime. not because they have so much work. just horrible time management. head office of the company is great. and the few plants near them are awesome.

      Cons

      To many levels of management always fighting about how or when to do something. employees spend more time working in circles then getting the job done because every time someone makes a decision. another boss comes and changes it. the employees never seem to have all the info they need to do the job. like test runs for new clients. you'd think, give the operator a colour sheet to match too...no no don't do that.. then blame him when the colours are off or take 3 times as long as it should.
