      As long as you work you can take off work, and they won't make a big deal about it.

      Dusty Enviroment. Extra hot in the summer. and really cold in the winter.

      Pros

      At Cascades CIP, it is nice to be able to see all the mills and learn a lot of new stuff. It's a nice team and doors are always opened.

      Cons

      Sometimes, having to travel a lot can be hard on the family. You do not travel all the time, but it can reach half a year of being away from home.
