Pros

Good job lots of old and new equipment good for a starting job/ boot allowance/ free uniforms/ great people/ good learning environment

Cons

Horrible shift style/ need new equipment/ bonus was horrible/ management can sometimes be to concerned with safety rather then listening to the workers who know what is safe and what is not.

Pros

The immediate team is very nice. Starting Salary is a bit above market. Work is challenging.

Cons

Poor organization from upper management trickles down. There is absolutely no organization in this division which cause certain individuals to overwork and overcompensate for others. Training is lacking everywhere, and tenured personnel are not willing to adapt to newer processes and modules. There is almost no work/life balance. Bonus and profit sharing is non existent and health care benefits are useless for the amount of salary contribution.

Pros

Pay is decent. Better then some places I've been. If you like to work overtime then this is the place for you.

Cons

The safety of the hourly employee is NOT a concern. No actual training for any position. No opportunity for advancement. Does not listen to the employees who know what they are doing. Members of management have never done the job that all of us do on a daily basis and all they want is numbers, numbers, numbers and they do not understand or realize that stuff happens when the machinery runs 24/7/365.
