      Pros

      profit sharing, company store, 401k plan is great, and good company parties

      Cons

      Poor management. Managers do not seem to know what is going on and they tend to not listen to the employees. Top down approach. Tend to favor fellow french Canadian employees rather than trust other they hire.

      I really don't have any good reason to advise working here, the hours are not very family oriented and the management is un-caring to say the least

      Upper management is blind to the needs of its employees,and will not take advise from subordinates

      Great people to work with within middle and lower management.

      Cons

      High turnover of employees, little room for advancement, they would rather hire from outside than promote from within, nepotism is very very much evident which can present a difficult work environment with so many family members, parking is absolutely horrible and be prepared to hike to the front door
