      Lots of hours. Pay decent. Benefits.

      Cons

      Management red tape up the wazzooo. Everything takes forever to get done. Work horse blue collar guys never motivated to do anything, and miserable to be around. No room for any advancement, not accepting of new ideas. Stupid company bbqs when the head office big shots show up and gloat about their boats and cars.

      interesting work, nice people, free coffee and donuts, management took us for lunch a couple of times

      lake of organization, not enough work, the pay is pretty low, not the most secure place to work in
