      Pros

      Great people to work with a fairly flexible work schedule. There were lots of company fundraisers and charitable causes that you could participate in. Very welcoming atmosphere and culture.

      Cons

      Pay wasn't great and there is not much room to move up it seemed. Located in an industrial area which was not ideal.

      Pros

      The immediate team is very nice. Starting Salary is a bit above market. Work is challenging.

      Cons

      Poor organization from upper management trickles down. There is absolutely no organization in this division which cause certain individuals to overwork and overcompensate for others. Training is lacking everywhere, and tenured personnel are not willing to adapt to newer processes and modules. There is almost no work/life balance. Bonus and profit sharing is non existent and health care benefits are useless for the amount of salary contribution.
