Work / life balance can be challenging at times. It really depends on your role. Overall compensation (salary and PTO) could use some increases

The only pro I can think of is the health insurance.

Cons

The expectations for the compensation is insane. The Account Managers and RFMs are the grunts, they get paid the least with the highest most unreal expectations! They had us reach out to contractors asking them leave positive reviews about the company because they have so many terrible reviews on google. Read the reviews every one of them are true.
