Pros

The only pro I can think of is the health insurance.

Cons

The expectations for the compensation is insane. The Account Managers and RFMs are the grunts, they get paid the least with the highest most unreal expectations! They had us reach out to contractors asking them leave positive reviews about the company because they have so many terrible reviews on google. Read the reviews every one of them are true.

The CEO/Founder is incredibly passionate, committed to his employees and focused on growing the business and promoting from within to support the growth. Leadership team is very strong - industry experts who roll up their sleeves to do real work and coach their teams to success.
