      I work with supportive colleagues.

      Everyone here at Caseguard feels exhausted and drained because we don't get any support or guidance from the leadership. Our horrible leaders are useless. They're verbally abusive from the leadership, and they only spread negativity in the workplace instead of motivation and encouragement. Avoid CaseGuard.

      You can learn from your peers, but that's the only light in an otherwise dark place.

      Cons

      The level of toxicity at CaseGuard is beyond belief. The environment crushes your motivation and drains your energy every single day. Employees are pushed to exhaustion, paid far less than what they deserve, and treated like disposable tools. The people in charge know exactly what's happening and do nothing because the system benefits their greed. It's a place built on exploitation, where hard work is punished, respect is nonexistent, and burnout is the norm.

      At CaseGuard, employees at every level are encouraged to bring forth ideas in order to simplify and improve upon our product and service. Because of this philosophy, CaseGuard is leading the industry in the field.

      Cons

      Because the company is still growing, opportunity for movement is limited. I foresee this as a temporary issue.
