Everything my experience is the upper starting at the DM are demanding of you soo much!! As mine even had the nerve to call me on my wedding day and not to wish me well! Spent countless hours there and to only be paid for 45 hours in my salary. Made me making around $14 an hour which was less than my hourly pay I was at before being promoted. All in all I have about 7 years with Casey’s and I loved my store itself but the DM are always the worst. They except so much from you with little to no help in the end. By the time I left I was drained physically and mentally. And I missed out on most of the first 2 years of my daughters life that I can never get back. I honestly do not recommend working here.

The equipment is awful, it fails multiple times a day or week and maybe they'll fix it maybe they won't. The pay is laughable, literally everywhere pays better. Even if you're full time but especially for part time. You're always shorthanded because of aforementioned laughable pay and the workers you do have... well they act their wage. If you aren't a smoker don't expect to ever get a break. The company throws penny pinching policies at employees constantly (limiting meal benefits and access to liquids) Towards the end of the year the company gets strict about budget hours so your hours will be cut to next to nothing every September even though most places are still busy so you're more shorthanded.
