Pros

They are desperate for employees. There are insurance options. Daily pay is available. Work is simple. They claim to be inclusive.

Cons

Management is out for themselves. Corporate does not care about anything other than its bottom line. There is zero work-life balance. Schedules are not steady. Pay is low and does not meet cost of living requirements. Customers can range from rude to dangerous. Constantly under-staffed. Kitchen is unsanitary and unsafe. HR complaints are swept under the rug. Employees which make complaints to corporate are penalized by direct management.

work yourself to death for minimum pay and high responsibilities with no actual help or support from district level 'managers'

Lovely coworkers,decent pay,if you like extra hrs here and there offered quite a bit decent employee discount

Expected to do to much for the money they pay, often times horrible management,horrible training for new hires
