Fast pace environment Open 24/hrs Interact with different types of customers

Cons

A lot of drama Its okay for higher management to break work rules but when another employer breaks rule they can in trouble A lot of favoritism No outside life

Pros

Being of assistance to make customers happy and want to come back.

Cons

Poor Management, No set schedule, Favortism, Corporate does not help employees with issues with management, bogus write ups that are not proven or warranted, and no way to defend your self, high turn over rate, no extra pay when training new staff and bullying, confidentiality broken to other store employees. Management expecting some people to do things but not expecting others to do the same.

Pros

Getting to work with customers, mostly friendly co-workers, tons of work to do so keeps you busy throughout your shifts.

Cons

Too much work for too little pay, drama between younger employees, funding it necessary to pick up after others slack. Upper management doesn't have any vested interest in the store.
