Pros

The job itself is easy and the shifts are flexible. Good for college students or people with two jobs. The customers seem to be very loyal. The food is very tasty.

Cons

No room for advancement. If you have experience it doesn't matter on pay. The managers are childish in ways. The benefits are really only for full-time employees and each store only has so many full-time positions. The managers spend more time watching the cameras than anything. Very selfish on hours with most employees. When you are hired for certain shifts, they will purposley move you to the one shift you specifically asked not to work.
