Pros

I enjoyed meeting people and working with the public. I was able to work a flexible schedule that fit my needs.

Cons

Retail is not for everyone and it takes a lot of patience. I hated cleaning bathrooms after rude people destroyed them.

good company to work for most of the time

Pros

Love the customers and employees. The higher bosses are usually good to work with. Vacation and sick paid leave are provided to full time employees

Cons

Hours are long especially when there are no other employees to cover shifts that are abandoned or called off. Monetary compensation is not the best.

Worked to the bone sometimes, managers can fire people for liitle to no reason.
