busy almost all the time so work hours go by fast

they will work you like a dog and have you doing different stuff and if your not the managements favorite they will make up a lie to fire you

Overworked (way too much work to do with very limited time) low wages (my store starts at $8.50 an hr. despite any previous experience) "standard" wage increase despite if you've earned more (no more than 25 cents a raise, IF you get one) abuse from customers have to buy your own uniforms cashiers are written-up for drive-offs (punished for customers' thefts) No shift differential for working very early baking shift (clock-in at 3AM) No control over your own schedule Lazy co-workers rarely get fired, leaving the responsible coworkers very overburdened Managers are rewarded for cutting overall employee hours

There is a lot of favortism among staff the management. The a management never listens and they think they knew it all. Never fully communicates with all employees, takes the word of certain employees ve othere. A lot of bad conversations in front of customers, and nothing was ever done about it
