Business Outlook

Pros

Products sold at stores are of the highest quality. The customers are extremely friendly and the overall idea of service with a smile is strictly enforced. Customer service is extremely important and the cleanliness of the stores is nicely maintained.

Cons

The management is not very professional. The management tends to criticize employees that make mistakes with no positive reinforcement for a job well done. Hiring processes are extremely flawed. Many individuals hired were not interviewed and tend to quit with in the first week. Manager does not utilize the resources of the employees effectively. Management is geared toward personal gain (bonuses) and reminds employees that mistakes cost them money in the end.
