Employer health insurance, 401k, team Member discounts on some Casey's products.

Cons

Understaffed, not many hours, manager is sweet but wasn't trained like she should've been prior to being thrown into her position.

Lazy and cheap higher ups.

Pros

Very few pros to working at this business.

Cons

Lazy higher ups. Upper management refuses to fix roof that is leaking onto electronics. To cheap to spare one hour of pay for someone to come help when you're slammed. Refuses to properly punish lazy and unsafe workers. Refuses to give you a set schedule even if working fulltime.

Free water in the break room. Infinite number of hoops to jump through to get a 1 percent raise. Unlimited meetings for 80% of your week.

Cons

non-competitive wages. Work life balance focuses mostly on work. Senior management is out of touch and does everything in its power to keep the money at the top and not let it flow to the actual people tha make the company run.
