Pros

Bonus checks were nice, Casey's does much to try to fit into the community that they are in.

Cons

Long hours, very little support from upper management. I am absolutely convinced that once I was there for five years they did their best to make me quit so they wouldn't have to keep advancing my pay. After I finally left my position, every single problem I had been asking upper management to fix was fixed. By the time I left, I was working 70+ hour weeks for months at a time.

Pros

Good benefits, great possibilities for advancement, bonuses, good pay, fast paced environment, great customers, and they have great pizza and donuts.

Cons

When they want a reason to get you out they will make up reasons!! Long hours, favoritism among upper management, pay for employees needs adjusting
