Pros

Great place to learn and progress customer service and social skills as well as expanding kitchen and food knowledge, can be really fun and enjoyable, discounts on food and free fountain.

Cons

Favoritism, no real good advancement options, worked hard for the company for 3 years overall with management experience and had run the store a few times due to bad management and was never offered a raise or higher position. $11.50 per hour, very high turnover rate, lazy managers that dump work on you while they drive around for coffee or store runs that should only take 30 minutes tops.

Half Price discount on kitchen and Casey's brand food

Cons

Terrible management, lazy employees, not enough employees to do the jobs properly it all falls on the one single person that's willing to actually show up to work and do their job. Pay could be better for someone with experience considering I've done this type of work for over 7 years, and other people are coming in getting hired with no experience or less experience at more money.
