      Pros

      Casey's was one of the best companies I have worked for! They have evolved their culture to focus more on the people they serve so the customers get treated better! Leadership cares about all levels of the organization. This is shown by how the C-Suite interacts within the organization. The CEO visits with people in the corporate office working in the DC or other roles to see what they can do better. Also, the C-suite travels to stores and spends time with drivers. Overall, I hope to work here again in the future. This company knows what it is doing.

      My title did not match exactly what I was doing. And there was a lack of action on certain items that I would have liked to see more urgency in resolving.

      Pros

      This company has carries great products, and produces great products as well. They carry a vast variety of supplies that you should be able to find at any convenience store. They have so many amenities and services that makes the store that I work at, the best one in town. All stores also carry the same base products, which makes just about every one you stop at very reliable.

      Cons

      This company, from an inside perspective, needs a lot of work. Employees are expected to go above and beyond with barely any compensation. The wages are low. Within the company, there is no organization. Missing deliveries, missing products, understaffing, lack of hours provided to employees, weeks of overdue maintenance requests, employees spending hours on hold with help desk, and the employee turnover rate speaks high volumes on how many major problems this company has within.
