Pros

The benefits are great, 401k, life, health, and dental with low premiums. Base pay is low compared to competitors in my opinion.

Cons

Focused on profitability and holding people accountable for P&L's but it takes two months to get one back at which time it's hard to account for.

Pros

Full time benifits are great. Part time isn't worth it.

Cons

If you're there for 90 days you get a 25 cent raise, otherwise every year you MAY get a raise depending on if the company feels you have earned it. Where I am it's so disorganized and there is no managment in place.
