Pros
Decent pay, vacation and cross training. I had a really good manager until she left to manage another store then the place went down hill fast.
Cons
One employee would show up smelling like beer and had a horrible attitude and thought she was managing the place when she wasn't. Another employee was super resistant to change of any kind in the kitchen. The worst though was watching the terror on everyone's face when the area supervisor would come in and jump on everyone about anything and watch her make the manager break down and cry while she berated her about her looks, her hairstyle, the way she dressed and then she would start in on her about the how she didn't like how she was managing the store. That woman was horrid and had no business being in charge of others when she couldn't even say one positive thing to any of the employees.
