Free drinks, half off food

Cons

Poor management, everything breaks down, u will work by yourself on the most busiest days because management sucks at scheduling, expect to work kitchen by yourself on busy days with no help, managers quit because corporate don't care to help their stores, only profits. Don't work here

Community, you get to serve your community and make ppls day brighter.

Cons

Treatment of employees, don't care about anything but making money for a corporate level. Will not allow proper staffing of stores, makes teammates and guests experience horrible.
