Free drinks. Close to home.

Cons

Do my work as well as others. Can't take a day off when needed, or even trade a day...or get into trouble for it. No advancement opportunities due to management bringing/hiring people from outside, rather than promoting from inside. Practically live at work. Can't be friends with co-workers outside of work. Casey's thinks they can tell you what you can and can't do with your own personal time. Pay is crappy too.

I just started my job and the people are wonderful. They are offering me a higher position if I am interested and giving me the training right away. The pay is higher than expected as well.

Cons

There are no cons that I can think of as of yet. We get great deals on food and I feel extremely respected.
