The opportunity to provide a service to the public in a polite, professional manner!! The best part of job!!!!

Cons

Not allpwing the employees to be heard not listening to complaints of customers.Store mgrs need trained on ALL employee rights, bullying unfair treatmemt discrimination harrassment unetjical & decietful mgrs need held responsible & monitored closer

Pros

Customers!!!!! I made friends with quite a few of the customers that came in. It's quite a simple job. You can cross train in kitchen or on the floor.

Cons

Pay was minimum wage. Not really any room for advancement. There were plenty of times when you're by yourself and have a lot of stocking to do as well as take care of customers at the register. Usually close by yourself so that's a bit scary at times. Trying to call off was impossible. Whether you're sick or whatever is going on there was never anyone who cares to cover my shift.
