      Pros

      Customers are very pleasant, benefits are wonderful, flexible work hours

      Cons

      A lot of conflict within store, corporate does not help employees out at all if dispute happens with managment/supervisor (employee usually looses job or hours), no cosistantcy over rules, managment bends rules/policy when they want and enforces when and what they want no matter policy.

      Friendly staff and the customers are wonderful!

      Hours can be hectic, hard to schedule time off in advance because the scheduled hours worked are always different every week.

      Pros

      Allot of overtime if your willing to work! if you're looking for a job to just get by and is slow this is the job for you. Customers are usually regulars. Allot of room for advancement of you show interest. I worked for caseys for 1 year and was promoted quickly. This review is for the North Kansas City locations & my experiences within that year.

      Cons

      Balancing personal life & work is impossible. CONSISTANT turnover from Management to Clerks Corporate is nowhere to be seen; no leadership. No consistency in training every store is different. Management does not take the time to listen to your concerns or new ideas. NO ORGANIZATION There's a reason for the high turnover rate!!
