Pros

Great customer base in seemingly all stores in area. Coworkers are generally easy to work with. Casey's offers benefits to both full and part time employees.

Cons

Management tends to not hold employees accountable for work not done. If employees are not careful, they'll be doing their own work, plus the work of others.

Pros

decent pay, as a driver you have a fairly consistent schedule as the only delivery shift is 4:30pm-9:00pm, they pay a very fair compensation per delivery and a discount on fresh food while on the clock.

Cons

schedules are always wildly different and change on the fly, corporate does not help employees that are having problems with supervisors, rules are often contradicted at staff meetings, employee moral isn't the best.

Flexible Hours, Workload was not to heavy

Co-workers were allowed to get a way with breaking the rules, no call no shows still kept their jobs
