Pros

The best part of my day, despite having to be to wok at 4:30am, was to see my customers. I really got to know a lot of them on a personal basis and it really made my job more enjoyable. I also really like some of my co-workers, however, there were a few I could have done without. I liked the thought of an opportunity for advancement.

Cons

They promote career advancement, but do not follow through when you are more than qualified. The employees got away with too much. There needs to be more discipline. When I left, the person that replaced me was given much more authority, and did not have to subject themselves to the long hours because people failed to show up for thier shift.
