Pros

Base pay is awesome compared to most places, theres always hours to pick up or cover, discounts. If you work there more than a month, you probably have already climbed the seniority ladder.

Cons

Turnover, lack of proper training for any and all employees, no one held responsible for anything be it good or bad, schedules change so much due to the fact no one shows up for work ever, employees who have been let go get rehired a week later, no one is getting hired to help cover shifts, the very simple and easy day to day duties do not get done ever, there is no real leadership or direction in the store at all. I can go on and on.
