Hours are very tumultuous, even as manager. I've been stuck in a situation with a very lazy SM and all the other managers have quit, so I'm essentially covering everyone and still doing most of the SM's actual base job. However, while they are fond of threatening write ups, they don't tend to be given out unless you have drive offs.

Poor management, unethical, rules don't apply to Co workers fairly, management has favorites, lack of help and management will not fill in, so had to work alone many times, hot, have to wear full chef jacket not a smock or apron, no fans allowed, see coworker's eating from make line pizza and sub and never change their gloves, sloppy. Women were the ones to do the prep and laundry and cleaning, smokers get breaks, non smokers do not, no breaks, no break room, work 6hours sometimes 10 , 2 bathroom breaks no one to relieve you. Fire Co workers but no replacements so work liad is terrible to the few employees still there. Made to feel guilty if need scheduled off for an appointment give plenty of notice but denied ,
