- Great culture. They care about performance but not at the expense of their values. - They simply care about their people in the stores & the office. - They're investing in initiatives that will have a real impact with their value creation plan. - The cafeteria has good food at extremely reasonable prices. - You can work your way up at this company resulting in management being much more in touch with store needs.

Cons

- An old school mentality of if it isn't broke then don't fix it, however this is slowly changing and the value creation plan means this change is coming from the top down (this is very good! Lots of opportunities for improvement.) - Old processes that need updated (opportunities for new employees though) - Employees are too spread out being in multiple buildings. They're working on an addition to the main building which will help. - I would like to see the corporate employees encouraged to visit stores more often. - Small thing, but I would like to see better hardware such as laptops & iphones. I received the largest laptop I've ever owned which is used with quite a bit of wear. My phone is five generations behind...it all works but makes daily work clunky at times.

Management is terrible, the employees care more about complaining about other employees than working. Place is run purely by drama. Don't expect to show up and just do your job. They'll find any excuse to fire you instead of giving you a raise after you've been there a year.
