They tolerate sexual harrassment although they claim to have a zero tolerance policy. Management is disorganized and unprofessional. They play favorites and will write you up for petty things to appease their favorites rather than making sure the associate was being truthful while reporting you. Got written up for 3 drive offs on my shift when i wasn't even on the register and did not authorize any of the pumps. Ignored reported harrassment to the point it bled into my life outside of work and offered I'm sorrys too little too late. (A month and a half later after I called the legal department myself!) And still didn't have a resolution. Police had to trespass the customer themselves! Ridiculous! Hired at part time but scheduled full time hours because they couldn't keep employees. Toxic work enviroment that made me dread coming in. I went above and beyond for Casey's and they let me down time and time again. Last straw was getting cut to five hours after hiring new people directly after i worked ten hour days for over a week to help them out in a tough time. They do not and will not appreciate you so don't expect any different.
