      Pros

      I enjoy doing my job and enjoy working with my coworkers. This job could be great with proper management.

      Cons

      Our location only gives full time hours and management to all white females. Only have seen 1 male manager or full time employee in the 2 1/2 years employed. I am trained in all areas and have been denied FT hours on numerous occasions. Have been written up for not showing up for a shift that the Assistant mangers admit I was not scheduled for, but a white employee NC/NS for 3 shifts and is not written up because "they cannot afford to fire him". Manager makes decisions that suit him.

      Close to home. Friendly customers.

      Cons

      Not enough pay for workers, so it's hard to get people to stay. You are required to write down you take 20 minute breaks, even if you don't get a break. Assistants have to fill in when another employee doesn't show up, Managers very seldom fill in for the missing employees. Hardly any fulltime positions

      Management is god awful at most locations and workers have no motivation to be there. Corporate tries to take your benefits away as soon as they can. cheap company.
