Pros

Close to home and made a couple friends

Cons

Preferential treatment to others with problems. Not everyone has the same set of expectations. Some are allowed to work 3 hours over their shift to get things done that I do in 7 and then some. No respect for those with anxiety or mental health problems. Also, management talks about others behind their backs to other employees.

Pros

Regular customers are great and appreciate your service. Always overtime opportunities.

Cons

Management is horrible. Sometimes borderline abusive. Can't go to higher-ups for help without making it worse. I saw an employee get poked in the neck and grabbed by the chin while being scolded at the front counter.
