Pros

I love the team I work with. We all get along well together. Customer base is broad. It's both fun and rewarding to get to know the regular customers.

Cons

The first assistant manager is a very weak link and causes resentment and frustration within the team. Where the team is a close knit group, the management needs to do the same. The pay is awful. Definitely not a good place to make a career if you don't want to live paycheck to paycheck.
