Pros

Better quality food ingredients. New equipment. Good sales/prices to draw in customers.

Cons

Hired me full-time, but only gave me 13 hours per week my first 4 weeks. NO training first 4 weeks; just stocked shelves with new product and cleaned up after area store managers trashed our new store. Store managers would not train us because they said they would be the ones to do all the work when our new store opened. However, if we had gone to work for an existing store, we would have been trained so we could do our job.

Pros

Fun co workers and customers and the overall job is super easy. Definitely an alright stepping stone to learn some work ethic.

Cons

Management past store level didn't have opportunities to see how these stores are being ran. Corporate is so out of touch with the day to day operations of these stores because all they can focus on in the number of doors they can open in a year.
