Pros

Work independently. Company vehicle. Paid insurance and gas and repairs. Nice vehicles. Plenty of overtime. Bonuses are nice when they happen.

Cons

Some times you have to drive long routes. Training was not good when I went through it. Pay could be higher since we are not armed.

Did do lunches for us once and a while

Cons

Poor pay, poor hours, not understanding of family situations, worked weekends, tons of favoritism, Clicks and high school behavior with several young employees, went through employees like water, owner would yell at employees about an situation in front of everyone, was told that they would fire people and fight unemployment.
