Nice co-workers and that is about it. There is a yearly bonus, but you deserve it for putting up with all the crap and BS on a daily basis.

Cons

There is no work life balance. You get yelled at and swore at in front of everyone for things that aren't even your fault or responsibility. Everyone passes the buck and points fingers. The owner is a horrable person will belittle you if given the opportunity. Seriously they changed their logo on Glassdoor. If you look at the other Cash Depot with the name on 2 lines it is the same company. They are so bad they don't want people online to know this. Do NOT work there.

Did do lunches for us once and a while

Poor pay, poor hours, not understanding of family situations, worked weekends, tons of favoritism, Clicks and high school behavior with several young employees, went through employees like water, owner would yell at employees about an situation in front of everyone, was told that they would fire people and fight unemployment.
