They have a great Christmas -end of year bonus

Cons

The culture is hostile. Non-Professional. It's nothing to hear the "F" bomb, daily by the owner and management and to be berated is common. the pay is poor and no training.

Yearly bonus is crazy high. This is the only reason you stay with this company due to the abuse you take through the year

Cons

Owner of the company is a tyrant. He yells and screams at his employees, as well as curses them out in front of the whole office. He doesn't know how to treat anyone right. I watched several outstanding managers get demoted for no reason, only because the owner wanted to. This company is going in the wrong direction.
