Some of the employees 45% turn over rate. Very impressive for sure. What is industry standard like 10%? They definitely lead the pack in that area. Get to do whatever you want without being held accountable.

Cons

Owner is rude, unprofessional, dishonest..don’t have enough time to explain everything. They fired 7 people for no reason right before the holidays and bonus pay out. They didn’t even payout the vacation these employees worked hard for throughout the year. Move around the accounting numbers. IRS may want to check that out.
