Pros

Pay is ok but there is not moving up.

Cons

The management there is unorganized. Everyone there likes to point fingers instead of taking on the responsibilities or fix the problems. When I traveled to go trainging, I had a instructor tell us that working with that company is like being in a abusive relationship (which he means that you have to deal with more than what your title is and take all the BS then will get rewarded at the end for it.

Do not work here. The other Cash Depot usning a differerent Logo is the same company

Pros

Nice co-workers and that is about it. There is a yearly bonus, but you deserve it for putting up with all the crap and BS on a daily basis.

Cons

There is no work life balance. You get yelled at and swore at in front of everyone for things that aren't even your fault or responsibility. Everyone passes the buck and points fingers. The owner is a horrable person will belittle you if given the opportunity. Seriously they changed their logo on Glassdoor. If you look at the other Cash Depot with the name on 2 lines it is the same company. They are so bad they don't want people online to know this. Do NOT work there.

No overtime is expected or pretty much allowed.

Cons

Extremely negative work environment. Pay could be much better.
