Cashedge is Filled with burocrat leads, no voice exists for bottom level employees, deviation report to top level management from leads always be continued. you have to work round lock, at the end of day leads who are close to leads will get that credit. As a fresher u can't get support from seniors, you have to do reasearch and gain knowledge, peolple will be fired suddenly without reason. no process at all. But you can gain success here by acting close to leads and managers , not by working hard and smart.As aresult, last one year company lost almost all key resources.

We don't get proper support for development, there are no processes involved, when the whole world is going Agile, CE is sitting with a strange model that is totally in-efficient, any suggestions to the lead is straight away rejected and the manager will not give you his ears to listen to the normal software engineer, manager likes only the lead, are we in-efficient in anyway? I don't know... my friends in QA have this same complaint as well, for some reason managers are in love with the leads...
