Pros

Learn a lot while working remotely.

Cons

The people in management are not leaders. They take advantage of workers in the Philippines and neglect the few American workers they have. The ESD hurts the Casne brand due to the poor "leadership". Employee turnover rate is embarrassing. Not sure why Enel stays with them.

time flexibility (within reason), free healthcare plan, monthly bonuses for working over time, great coworkers, approachable senior management

Cons

managers need management training, additional options for healthcare plans would be nice, poor diversity
