Pros

The manager provides leadership and expectations without micromanagement. Manager exemplifies more of leader who wants you and the team to succeed as opposed to a boss that looks to criticize and tell people what to do. Salary and benefits are the best you will find for this position, especially if you do a good job the first 1-2 years. Your hard work is rewarded.

Cons

Hiring process could be improved to find more people suitable for the job.

Casne Engineering was filled with great people. The jobs I worked on were challenging yet fun

Pay rate could be better but they make up for it with stock options and nice bonus structures

Pros

Great Management from the top down. Managers have done the same types of work that the employees do. Great working environment. Good Pay and benefits but not the best I have had. It feels like every employee is pulling in the same direction.

Cons

Health benefits could be better. Can be stressful and some positions require frequent travel.
