Flexible work schedule. Good people are here to work.

Production works a lot of hours during the summer. Lots of unknowns since the company was sold. Unsure of the direction of the company and not getting enough money to accomplish what is expected.

Pros

Depending what line you are on is is not to hard just watch the machines i think the hardest line might be west building but the rest are pretty simple they had some good benefits and the pay is not to bad

Cons

there changeing the hours to 12 so sooner or later all the lines are going to go to 12 hours and gave last minute notice that they were going to start changing the shift hours
