Pros

The interview process was incredibly thorough - I got to feel as much like I was interviewing the people who I spoke with as I was being interviewed. Everyone is friendly and able to help new hires with providing information and advice. It's very clear that it matters to the higher-ups that employees are happy as well as that the company is successful - those two things are clearly closely tied at Casper. Benefits and perks are great, and work is engaging and challenging in the right ways - plus, it's a really fun environment.

Cons

Some communication can occasionally get a little lost in the shuffle at first between the New York and Los Angeles office, but it all gets sorted out a bit quickly. As a young, quickly-growing startup, changes are pretty common, but nothing that's too difficult to catch on to quickly if you don't mind being adaptable.
