Administration is changing frequently, feel as no leadership or current leaders that have a vested interest in the hospital. More making themselves look good while others do all the work, and are not appreciated.

Small town environment is very friendly and co-workers are amazing. Because it is small town you get very connected to caring for the community as a whole

Benefits are really expensive since it is a smaller facility. Administration does not really follow through on ways to better facility or job areas.
